The Epicob Land Services Group provides landowners and holders of long-term leases the opportunity to earn consistent income from their unused land or land on which they are absentee landlords through land leasing. At Epicob Field Operations we're constantly seeking accessible farmland, and we, therefore, require short and long term farmland leases in all parts of Uganda.
These leases are undertaken directly between Epicob and the landowner or leaseholder, giving you the security and peace of mind you need from dealing with a single institutional lessee, rather than several non-institutional entities. In addition to extra income you earn from issuing leases to us, our activities ensure no unauthorized occupants encroah on your land. Our legal office will help you through the paperwork to ensure your best interest is taken care of.
